I think it is BECAUSE we loved building forts as a kid, by the way (for me anyway). This is cool. Building trails really does add depth to your riding experience. I was lucky to grow up in the woods as a kid... build trails right off my mom and dad's property. I miss that. Who could deny the satisfaction of nailing up a board in place real nice n solid, or tamping down a good transition with hardpack dirt? That's great stuff. Thanks for the pics and thoughts...

Ya, to view the park you had to draw it as if you were looking East because it is on a West-facing slope.... but the main gathering area (where the map would be) is at the East edge of the park, looking West.... so we had to find a sort of compromise, and make it facing North, so it's not totally backward, and looking out over as much terrain as possible at a viewpoint. The real intent is just to make people aware that there are other areas/features worth exploring... not quite a real navigational map, more of a table-of-contents... get out there and ride!
Glad you like the map - A new PC version will be installed at the park shortly - the ORIGINAL version will be available as a printed map for a park fundraiser soon, (I hope). PM me or get in touch with someone at Evergreen if you are interested in one...
